Put your grounds in the Ground!
Here’s the down and dirty info on coffee grounds!
Coffee grounds are a natural fertilizer because it’s a key component of chlorophyll, which helps them photosynthesize. They make it nitrogen-rich which will help your vegetables produce and your flowers bloom.
If you have a compost pile you can add this great organic ingredient, including the coffee filter.
And, coffee grounds on your soil can deter slugs and snails as their soft underbellies don’t like the feel of the grounds.
They will even give your houseplants some extra pep! So don’t forget about adding to them as well.
